The OSUN State Rural Mobility Project is a World Bank and French Development Agency sponsored project in support of the implementation of the Federal Government of Nigeria’s Rural Travel and Transport Policy (RTTP). This project under the auspices of the OSUN State Project Implementation Unit (SPIU), is designed to educate selected groups from already formed cooperatives on the technicalities of maintaining rural road projects in their immediate environment.
